Customer had a hot water tank let go. we arrived onsite and extracted all the water. We then preformed mitigation service. removed walls at 2 foot for about 75% of the basement living area. We then placed equipment to dry out the framing and air by placing dehumidifier and fans.

Great communication, Corey was our contact and he answered the phone every time I called. Very patient with coordinating between different condo unit owners and really knew his stuff. He was able to put everyone at ease, and worked very quickly.
