There was a flood that brought black water (i.e. sewage) into the basement of the home. We extracted all the sewage water, then cleaned and disinfected the entire area. To ensure there was not additional damage from the water, we thoroughly we dried the area to prevent mold.

Great communication, Corey was our contact and he answered the phone every time I called. Very patient with coordinating between different condo unit owners and really knew his stuff. He was able to put everyone at ease, and worked very quickly.
